It is used to address male pattern (androgenetic alopecia) and female pattern hair loss. Other types of hair loss, less common, are not generally covered. An example would be alopecia areata.

The contents of Heaven Sent Hair Grow are compatible with all other hair products that you might normally apply on your hair. Just make sure that the hair grow product is applied directly to the scalp and massaged in to increase absorption.
